- Anyone who is currently living in, or has in the past lived in either New Harbour or Coddles Harbour.
- Anyone who is related to someone currently living in, or is related to someone that has in the past lived in either community.
- For the purpose of this policy, the definition of relation is extended to include common law spouse, foster child, partner, special friend, etc.
- Anyone unsure if they qualify, or if they wish to register a burial plot should contact a committee member.
